At Sino Sprint Co., Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality machinery and equipment. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply depending on the production status.

2. Product Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Product arrives damaged or defective
Product does not match the specifications agreed upon
Wrong product was shipped

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

4. Warranty Claims

All products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. Please contact our support team for warranty assistance.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or specially ordered products
Products used beyond reasonable inspection period
Damage caused by improper use or installation
Consumable parts and accessories

6. Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged, please:

Document the damage with photos
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Keep all original packaging materials
