1. 사용하기 전에 전원 공급 전압이 요구 사항을 충족하는지 확인하십시오. 전원 공급 장치에는 사용하기 전에 접지된 삼각형 소켓과 단선 접지선이 있어야 합니다.
2. 먼저 음식과 접촉하는 기계 부품을 청소하십시오. 전원을 연결한 후 스위치를 켜고 클러치 핸들의 클러치를 움직여 기계가 정상적으로 작동하도록 하십시오(달릴 때 블레이드의 약간의 마찰이 가장 좋은 위치로 들립니다). 블레이드 너트는 작동 중에 너무 세게 회전할 수 없다는 점에 유의하십시오. 너무 세게 조이면 블레이드와 오리피스 플레이트가 타버릴 수 있습니다.
3, 고기가 부드럽지 않으면 다음과 같은 이유로 페이스트가 나타날 수 있습니다.
A, 큰 너트가 너무 느슨하여 크로스 나이프와 오리피스 플레이트 사이의 접촉이 불량하고 재조정됩니다.
B 크로스 나이프가 너무 무뎌서 교체하거나 수리해야 합니다.
4, 청소는 모터가 젖지 않도록 모터에 물을 붓지 않도록 주의해야 합니다. 고기 분쇄기를 청소할 때는 큰 너트를 풀고 오리피스 플레이트와 십자 칼을 꺼낸 후 핸드볼을 풀어 고기통을 준비하고 오거를 꺼내 청소합니다. 청소 과정에서 모든 베어링은 물에 들어갈 수 없으므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.
