Company History
In 2014, Mr. Li Beibei founded Jiaozuo Huasi Technology Co., Ltd., establishing the first textile factory in Jiaozuo. The company initially produced automotive parts and later expanded to operate two additional factories specializing in automotive parts and medical equipment.
The company partnered with SINO QTECH INDUSTRIES CO., LIMITED for export operations. SINO QTECH was incorporated on July 30, 2019, as a private company limited by shares registered in Hong Kong (CR No. 3179938).
On August 9, 2022, Sino Sprint Machinery Co., Limited (華斯機械有限公司, https://sprintmachinery.com/) was established in Hong Kong with registered address at Room 1605, Good Luck Commercial Centre, No. 2-16 Garden Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The company focused on comprehensive machinery exports, with headquarters set in Zhengzhou, Henan Province.
Sino Sprint Machinery subsequently acquired three packaging machinery factories in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, forming the SINO SPRINT GROUP. On March 4, 2025, the group established Kaifeng Hansi Machinery Co., Ltd. (开封市汉思机械有限公司, https://www.ssrmachinery.com/) with the SSR brand focusing on food processing machinery, completing the group’s comprehensive machinery coverage.
